Red Balloon's Children for Change Experience Programme (L4) is offered to exceptional participant of RB's Awareness (L2) and Leadership Programmes (L3).

The Experience Programme offers a paid or unpaid internship opportunity to these few outstanding participants. These participants will have to undertake an action project through partnering organisations, observe impact and document their project.

This experience will be an opportunity for young people to gain valuable work experience, explore social issues on a much deeper level and develop and refine their skills.
