OFFER OPPORTUNITY FOR SOCIAL CONTRIBUTION & PERSONAL DEVELOPMENT
The workshops are designed for the young to undertake an experiential journey of self-development, empathy and sensitisation towards contemporary social issues. This helps children attain real-life exposure to societal challenges, and makes them capable of finding knowledge based creative solutions to global problems.
OFFER EXPERT MENTORING
Mentors from the Creative and Social Domain guide young people deeper into social issues of their choice, and knowledge is built through discussions and project creation.
OFFER LONGTERM ENGAGEMENT & PARTICIPATION IN AN ONLINE COMMUNITY
RB’s interactive online platform allows young people to journal their initiatives and even dovetail this into their school/ college curriculum. This is a communication hub for seamless interaction between the children and their mentors, and can be accessed and easily monitored by parents and teachers alike.
OFFER LEADERSHIP OPPORTUNITY
Through the workshops, children take up leadership roles in their communities and become the voices advocating positive social change. Further, the RB STAGE provides a dynamic platform for the participants to share their ideas, projects and visions with a larger audience. The Internships programme further exposes the children to on ground learning and service opportunities.
